About
Hosted by the Church of the Nazarene, NYC is a powerful youth event that has been held in different locations over the past six decades. NYC takes place every four years and provides an opportunity for high school students from the USA and Canada to be united in a time of worship, teaching, and community service.
Service
We gathered with 10,000 of our brothers and sisters in Christ July 2023, in Tampa, FL. Together we raised $33,121 through our ministry center offering. 1, 050 students fully surrendered to Christ, 826 responded to God’s call, and 261 expressed a distinct call to ministry and missions. We served for 33,000 total hours over the course of the week, packed 123,074 meals for domestic disaster relief, distributed 1,500 pairs of shoes to local partners, and packed 6,043 backpacks with school supplies.
